http://www.esl-kids.com
fantastic site with lots of materials to use:Flashcards,Worksheets, games,Songs, etc. Also links to further teaching resources.
http://www.genkienglish.net/index.htm –If I’m not mistaken, this site is owned by Richard, an English teacher in Japan. This is the best online teaching resource I’ve found so far. It has an abundant source for games, songs, teaching strategies, etc. You can also watch some videos as he does a demo on how the game is played, or videos of him teaching Japanese kids.
http://www.eslkidstuff.com/ –also is an abundant source for teaching materials such as games, songs, worksheets, etc.
http://www.manythings.org/ — an online esl resource focused on all the important factors in learning English such as reading, listening, pronunciation, etc.
http://a4esl.org/ — focuses on grammar and vocabular. There are even bilingual quizzes available, and one of them is Chinese- English.
http://www.eslcafe.com/ –also an abundant source for esl teaching materials.
http://www.songsforteaching.com/esleflesol.htm – Songs are a great way of spicing up the class & engaging young children. Music can also be used to get everyone out of their seats and reenergize the group if necessary. This site provides wide range of songs, including lyrics and download opportunities. Important not to overload children with songs, but practice a couple over the course of their training, so that they will be able to sing along, understand the vocabulary, and enjoy the fun.
http://www.eslprintables.com
Welcome to ESL Printables, the website where English Language teachers exchange resources: worksheets, lesson plans, activities, etc. Our collection is growing every day with the help of many teachers. If you want to download you have to send your own contributions. Great site that encourages sharing amongst teachers. You can conduct searches for worksheets, lesson plans, flashcards by level and by age. You can also search by theme/content.
http://www.wondrousworksheets.com

Comprehension, Math, Science, Fun and Games. Small yearly fee to be able to access all worksheets and also a selection of free sheets available online. Suitable for variety of ages/levels. Nice way to build upon a theme in the classroom and to provide a little variation in the schedule; 5 minutes to complete worksheet with (or without) partner for example.

http://www.esl-galaxy.com
Colourful site focused on young learners. Broad offering of ESL/EFL printables, Kids resources (nice printable flashcard sets, worksheets etc.), fun games, and a good interactive self study section.
Daves Esl Cafe.. A useful site with multiple resources. also quite a useful site for teacher interaction
Esl_lab.com … A very useful resource, but really aimed at the more advanced students, not really suitable for young kids
Grammar monster .. good resource for grammar, with tests that will be useful for the medium to advanced ….
Esl/Resources.com .. another good site with resources that covers all age groups. Appears to be mainly focused on the slightly older age group., but younger age groups material is there too. Some of the resources can be adapted.
Free Printables for Teachers. a quite useful site with flashcards .. some tend to be a little too busy but all the resources for teaching young kids are there.
esl-resources.com has some good outlines for questions on certain topics. it might be good to use to stimulate a discussion, granted the students are at the proficient level.
esl-lab.com has some good audiofiles, which could be used to help students listening and comprehension skills.
daveseslcafe.com has some resources…however it is more useful for finding jobs than developing a lesson plan. it does have some good grammar points, though.
grammar-monster.com is too messy.
these might be useful for developing curriculum, however, at first i expect that i will just implement the classplans that my schools prescribe.
